I've worked in communications for more than 20 years (gulp), meaning I have a lot of experience as an employee, manager, entrepreneur and even, assistant professor.

I grew up with a family that traveled frequently. I later studied abroad (twice), volunteered abroad (twice) and organized and ran a traveling course through Europe.
Now that my kids are a bit older, they've become great travelers. But, there are still times we leave them at home for couple or even solo trips!
PR practitioners, but, if I'm being honest, I've kind of stunk at taking care of myself the last couple of years.
I love my family, traveling the world and helping others, and that's why I'm here: to help and encourage fellow #CommsMoms to live our best lives. Maybe we can't do it all at once (or at all, period!), but what we can do is support one another.

I spoke at the PR Fest in Edinburgh in 2019, bringing my hubby along with me. We fell HARD for the Scottish history, the food, the people + the sights; so hard, not only do we want to bring the girls back, we want to buy a small place there in the future.
